So this weekend I am really excited about two things:

First, I'm getting a haircut. I haven't gotten a haircut in far too long. I really want a "cool" haircut. Like something Rihanna would have, but I am lazy and I already have trouble doing my hair. Something cool means work, but you never know. I may look 'superfly' just in time for...

MY READING (which is the second thing, in case you were wondering)! Well, it isn't mine. It will only be fifteen minutes of...mine, but whatever. I am excited. Honestly, I am excited to hear the play, but also to see old friends. Next time I post I'll either be really excited because my play will have a full production or I'll be a bit frantic because I will have to submit it to a few other places that may take pity on me and, you know, produce it. Or I'll come back with some amount of conviction and decide to hell with it, I'm going to produce it myself. We'll see.

Until then, I'm going to rock out to the unplugged version of Alicia Keys' Fallin' and you should read some of the articles below, which, as usual, may have made me happy, sad, angry, worried for my well-being, etc. There are also some articles on the importance of solitude on Delightful Writes.
