More About Me

Hey hey. Charly here. The 20-something, but sometimes can pass for 14, writer and yoga teacher.

I grew up in Northern Jersey and until recently had only been to the Jersey shore once. I went to boarding school in New Hampshire for high school before making my way to Providence, RI for college. I left RI with a degree in Theatre Arts and Literary Arts...ready to take on the world.

I then crossed the Atlantic so I could fulfill my dreams of pretending to be in Harry Potter.

I may have also gotten a master's in Women's Studies while I was there. Really, though, I should have gotten a master's in Tea and Scones. I returned home and did a bunch of things before realizing I wasn't doing what I actually wanted to do...which was to write.

So I set out to become a writer.

I also set out to get healthy.

I started running, taking more yoga and along the way I became a yoga teacher and health coach.

Now I write about all sorts of things. I write poems. Plays. Articles. Tweets. Blogs: Charly Writes and Delightful Writes. And I teach yoga in a bunch of places.

I wear different hats.
